Counselling and  Psychotherapy Practice

"There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you."

Individual Therapy

Short-term work.
Short-term counselling is likely to be of benefit when the difficulties we are experiencing are mainly based in the present. We may need some support to adjust to a new situation in our lives (e.g. moving home, birth of a child, changes at work) or we may be experiencing something that is quite unexpected or shocking (e.g. serious illness, bereavement, separation).

Long-term work
Long-term work is likely to be more appropriate when the difficulties we are experiencing in the present are rooted in the past. Such difficulties could include suffering repeated episodes of depression and/or anxiety or distressing memories of childhood trauma.

Session Times

Monday – Friday | 9.00 – 19.30 hrs

Fees

Sessions lasting 50 minutes | £45.00

(Concessions offered as appropriate)
